RETURNS & REFUNDS
All Products purchased from Delicious Corporation Ltd must be returned in their original, unused condition for exchange or a full refund of the purchase price. All original packaging, plastic protectors and stickers must be intact and never removed. All shipping and handling costs in connection with returns are the responsibility of the customer. If you would like to return a watch/jewellery item please contact us for the mailing address.
Please make sure to inspect your watch/jewellery item as soon as you receive it. Before wearing or removing any tags or factory tape, check over the Product to see that it is in perfect working order, with no blemishes. All our watches are 100% brand new. Once the watch/Jewellery is worn or sized (and even if it is unworn but the plastics/tags have been removed) we cannot accept a return of the product.
Watches
If, after wearing or sizing your watch, you notice that there is a mechanical problem, we will do our best to repair it under our warranty. Or if it is a brand that has a manufacturer's warranty you can take it to an authorised dealer. We will not replace or refund a watch once it has been worn (or the plastics/tags have been removed). We will not accept the return of any watch that has been worn or sized under the premise that it was received that way. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the watch upon receipt to ensure that it is in perfect working order, before wearing.
Jewellery
When returning jewellery, the item/s needs to be in their original and unused condition accompanied by the gift box and diamond certificate (where appropriate). With the exception of earings which will not be accepted for hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Steps For returning:
- All products must be returned in their original unworn condition (with the bracelet, strap or clasp never sized) including packaging, manuals, protective tape/plastics & hanging tags fully intact.
- The order must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. If the watch/jewellery item is a gift and you are in need of an extension please contact us prior to purchasing.
- Returns will be credited in full to the original credit/debit card that was used to purchase the item.
- We recommend all products be returned via Royal Mail Special Delivery and insured to the correct value.
Steps For Refund Request:
- If for whatever reason you would like a refund please email or call customer services.
- An email Requesting a full refund has to be recived by customer services before a refund will be processed
- Refunds will be credited in full to the original credit/debit card that was used to purchase the item and take up to 7 working days depending on your bank.
