How can I place an order for a item?
You can place the order online using the shopping cart or phone the free phone number 0800 043 6884.
Are there any extra credit card charges
No. The only price you will pay is the price on screen there are no hidden charges at all.
Are you an authorised dealer for the brands you sell?
No. We have chosen not to be an authorised dealer of watches for any one watch brand that we sell. This frees us to sell at lower prices as opposed to the fixed retail prices that authorised dealers have to charge their customers.
Are the watches all brand new?
Yes. All our watches are shipped in perfect condition, as they left the factory, and have never been handled, opened or modified in any way.
Do you sell replicas of luxury watches?
No. We only sell authentic, original watches, manufactured by the brand owners.
Do your watches have serial numbers?
Yes. All our watches that have the original, engraved manufacturer's serial number.
Are watches from Delicious Corporation covered by an international warranty?
Some brands are. This is clearly stated on the particular watch. For watches that do not, we honour the FULL manufactures warranty period
Do I have to take my watch back to an authorized dealer for repairs during the warranty period?
Yes. if supplied with a manufacture warranty. If covered by a Delicious Corporation warranty then return it to us and our specialist workshop will do the rest.
How long does the warranty period last?
The warranty is valid for the time period specified by the manufacturer, and is between 2 years and 5 years, depending on the brand.
Do your watches come with the original packaging?
Yes. As previously stated all our watches are brand new. They are delivered to our customers in their original packaging, with complete documentation and certificates, including the official manufacturer's warranty stamped by an authorised dealer (where applicable).
Do your prices include VAT?
Yes. All prices are the final price you will pay, there are absolutely no hidden extras.
What about Postage and insurance?
All our prices include the cost of shipping and insurance.
When I get a price quote from you, how long does that price stay fixed?
We cannot guarantee to keep any price fixed for any particular period of time. This benefits our customers, as we adapt our prices regularly to stay competitive. We recommend that our customers check the price immediately before placing an order. As soon as the order is placed the price is fixed.
What method of payment do you prefer?
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, Delta and cheque. Please be aware paying by cheque will take longer as we must wait for the funds to clear before dispatching.
How long will I have to wait for my item?
If the item you order is in stock, we will ship it immediately. If it's not in stock, we will be able to give you an estimated delivery lead-time when you place your order. Most orders are shipped within 2-4 weeks of the order date.
Which shipping company do you use?
We use Royal Mail Insured Special Delivery for all posting.
